Over the past decade, Salboy has expanded its operations nationwide, delivering over 4,000 homes across the UK. The company is privately owned and operated by Simon Ismail and entrepreneur Fred Done.

Local Blackfriars in Salford: Completed in 2019, this development comprises 380 apartments, townhouses, and penthouses across two towers, integrated with a Grade II Listed former public house, the Black Friar.
The Press in Manchester City Centre: This project features 66 New York-style one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses in a modern conversion of a Grade II Listed Building.
Viadux in Manchester: Salboy's tallest project to date, Viadux offers 385 apartments and penthouses with amenities such as terrace gardens, a private lounge, a cinema, and a gym.
